The Zoom shopping season has begun!

As the weather gets colder, we all know what that means—the Holidays are approaching! And the first thing that comes to most of our minds is gifts...What to get, who wants what, and where to find it?

Are you wondering what to get the Zoom Group advocate in your life? If so, check out our online store at the shop section of zoomgroup.org. There you can find a variety of offerings, many of which are unique pieces made by our artists from StudioWorks.

We also now have an Etsy store front! Give it a look for more of your Zoom Group related gift needs! You can find it here.

Give the gift of inclusion this year and make someone's wishes come true.

Zoomtoberfest 2017

Zoomtoberfest 2017 was such a great time! It was nice to see Team Members, staff, and friends come together to celebrate fall. Everyone coming together really illustrated what a more inclusive community would look like, and we're as motivated as ever toward our goal.

A big thanks as always to our sponsors at Kroger for helping make this event possible and providing food. Thanks to all our volunteers (especially to those who stepped up to get a pie in the face!), staff, and Team Members who shared their talent during talent show. And of course thanks to everyone else who came out and made the event a blast!

Till next year.

Zoomtoberfest 2017 is this weekend!

Fall is here!

The leaves are falling, the weather is getting chillier, and Zoom Group's annual Fall picnic is right around the corner.

Zoomtoberfest is fast approaching! It will be held at St John Paul II church (3042 Hikes Ln) this Saturday, October 21st. The picnic will have activities such as a costume contest, various games, 'Pie In The Face' booth, and the always popular talent show. Lunch and refreshments will be served. All and all, a good time!

This event is open to Team Members, Zoom staff, and friends of Zoom Group. We hope to see you there, and don't forget your dollars to toss a pie into the faces of your favorite Zoom staff.

'Out Of Frame' StudioWorks Exhibition

A special thanks to Jenny ZellerPaul Paletti GalleryMurphy's Camera, and the Louisville Photo Biennial for helping to make this a reality.

Join us Friday, October 13th for the opening reception. The reception is from 6pm to 9pm at StudioWorks's gallery (1503 Bardstown Rd.)

ImpactV launch party!

We are so excited to announce that we have partnered up with four other local nonprofits to create a new shared services group called ImpactV.

The founding agencies of ImpactV are Family & Children’s Place, Boys & Girls Haven, The Center for Women and Families, Dreams With Wings, and Zoom Group.  The agencies, pillars in the community in their respective service areas, have combined budgets nearing $27 million and employ more than 400 individuals.

This past Thursday, Sept 14th, members from all the organizations had a gathering to celebrate the new group and have a ceremonial signing of the operations agreement.

Zoom Group is proud to be working together with such great nonprofit leaders from our community. We can't wait to see what the future holds.

Taziki's Grand Opening St. Matthews

Taziki's in St. Matthews celebrated it's grand opening this past week. This particular franchise is owned by the family of one of our Team Members, Brad, and they are huge supporters of Zoom. We joined them for their big day, along with Taziki's corporate reps and The Chamber of St. Matthews members.

We are so grateful for their generous donation and we look forward to working more with them in the future.

Composed

Did you make it out to the opening reception? If not, you still have time to check all the great work from 'Composed' in the StudioWorks gallery space.

Composed is an exhibition exploring the influence of music on the artwork and personal lives of selected artists from StudioWorks & Latitude Arts. Above is a mini documentary featuring interviews with many of the artists. Big thanks to our friends at Latitude, especially Erik who shared his musical talent with us.

Check out the video to get a closer look into how music has made an impact on the lives of the artists.
